Did anyone get a state rejection due to form 540 line 92? How do I fix it?!?

My instructions said to “update to the latest software” because there “was an issue with this topic in the product”. No idea how to update to latest software when I’m already using the 2020-2021 version!
This is SO FRUSTRATING!

Please follow the instructions below to update TurboTax for Windows. If you still continue to have the same problem, please click the link to contact TurboTax customer support.

 

  1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.
  2. Click here to download the 189 MB update.
  3. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
  4. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

I am not able to download the fix.  I also get an error that says line 92 does not equal line 88 on my California NR return. But it does equal.
