Detroit City Taxes 2023 allocated days

I only worked a small amount of days in the city of Detroit in 2023.  I am able to input the amount in the allocation of Detroit Wages section just fine.  However, when I finish with the city taxes the refund is not calculating correctly and not giving me the proper return amount.  I only worked around 14% of the total days in the city so I should be getting the majority of my city taxes paid back but I am not.  Is there a calculation error in Turbo Tax or something?
