Connection issue after Win 24H2 Update

I had purchased TT2024 and installed and started entering data in Dec.  The programs always had issues installing updates but I dealt with that.  Today after updating my operating system to Win11 24H2, and opening the program (as an administrator) it seems to be trying to activate the product which was already activated.  But I get the alert "You are not connected to the Internet" (I am) and that I need to connect to activate the purchase (It was already activated.) and to make sure firewall allows the program access (it does it also allows the Intuit updaters).
