Computer died and I can't find the activation code for '22. Called support & 2 transfers and hours later, nothing. Guy had no idea & acted like I was the first one. Help?

Can activation code be recovered? I have the disk but it is just a coaster with a hole in the center. They don't seem to even want to help.

Perhaps I wasn't clear, I called the phone number and waited and waited and was transferred and waited and was told they could not help me. I was told to call Sam's and ask them.

I would call again. You will get a different agent and hopefully they will be helpful.
