Coinbase Pro imports are malfunctioning. Coinbase Pro imports are not prompting for API information and say "Something unexpected happened." Been like this for 1 week

While I am able to import my Coinbase Transactions, when I attempt to Import my Coinbase Pro transactions, clicking on the Coinbase Pro source simply returns a page that says "Something Unexpected Happened. Try again in a few hours." It's been like this for over a week. The page should be requesting API information to facilitate the import, but it does not prompt for this information.

If the product is running slow or has unexpected errors, try deleting cookies, cache, and browsing history.

Hello, I have attempted clearing cache and cookies numerous times. I have also attempted numerous browsers. 

 

I also accessed my profile from the iPhone and iPad app and reached the same results, so it doesn't appear to be a client-side issue.

Same thing is happening to me when trying to connect TurboTax to Coinbase Pro. Connected to Coinbase and other exchanges with no problem. Cleared the cache, cookies, history, used a different browser and nothing has fixed it.

Stuck at this screen... again. 2023 still can't import coinbase pro api.  Coin base pro does not offer csv file.

Can you try the steps provided below to see if that resolves your issue:

 

  • Log completely out of your TurboTax account
  • Clear cache and delete cookies
  • Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue

You can also try a different web browser to see if that works.

I am having the same issue.  No luck yet after trying all possible options since last 12 + hours .

Does it work in an incognito browser?
