Coinbase file won't upload to Turbotax

Coinbase file not uploading, Turbotax says it has "no headers".  The CSV files do have headers, but the header types Turbotax seeks ("Currency Name", "Purchase Date", etc.) are different than the headers in the Coinbase file.  Anyone know how to reconcile this?

I followed those instructions.  Doesn't work.  As noted in my question, Turbotax seems unable to identify the headers in the CSV file from Coinbase.

Why you are giving wrong information by pointing to an old instruction? It's not working , either coinbase has to fix the way the report is getting generated or turbotax has to fix the import process. Request you not to confuse people.

TurboTax - this issue regarding your inability to import CSV files from major crypto exchanges is unacceptable.

If I didn't know better, I would say that this is a purposeful bug, being used to either (a) drive cryptocurrency filers to unnecessarily overpay for "TurboTax Expert" intervention / premium plans or (b)  drive cryptocurrency traders to pay $199 for an unnecessary CoinTracker subscription.

This "inability to process your CSV file" appears to be - at face value - a fee scheme used to drive volume for TurboTax Premium and CoinTracker.

TurboTax - figure it out. This is - quite literally - unbelievable.
