Cant pass the review section. "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section" when I click review.

 

As you can see above I see TWO "Stocks, mutual funds, bonds, other". When I click review, I get the following error message:

 

 

Please do not tell me to reconnect my internet. I am not that dumb. I work in the IT industry. This has been happening for the past 1-2 weeks after the NJ-DOP bug was fixed.  I did not see these in review when I was having issues with NJ-DOP.

That is not helpful at all. No one answers me when I call. The chat bot obviously does not know the answer either. I am not paying $100+ for such a bad service. Please make it worth my money

We would like to take a deeper look at this. However, we need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your
personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below: 

 

TurboTax Online:
1. Sign into your online account.
2. Locate the Tax Tools on the
left-hand side of the screen.
3. A drop-down will appear. Select
Tools
4. On the pop-up screen, click on
“Share my file with agent.”
5. This will generate a message
that a diagnostic file gets
sanitized and transmitted to us.
6. Please provide the Token
Number that was generated in
the response.

 

TurboTax Desktop/Download
Versions:

1. Open your return.
2. Click the Online tab in the black
bar across the top of TurboTax and
select “Send Tax File to Agent”
3. This will generate a message that
a diagnostic copy will be created.
Click on OK and the tax file will be
sanitized and transmitted to us.
4. Please provide the Token Number
that was generated in the
response.

I'm getting the same error. tried support twice but worthless waste of time. i've wasted two hours with them they don't know the product. so far it comes down to i should have used a accountant. 

I'm not sure why they have a generic internet connection/browser message for a tax review issue. they are just confusing the support people. 

 

So i'm not sure what to do next.

Do you know any other alternatives that actually import stock transactions automatically? I am just gonna stop using turbotax. Useless support.
