Turbotax Premier 2023. Windows 11.
When I closed Turbotax, it prompted me to save my work. I chose "Save", and then it said it could not be saved due to the path that I chose had invalid characters. I guess it was because my folder name had Chinese characters.
I was expecting it to allow me to change the path, but surprisingly the app just closed without giving me a chance to save my work. And now I couldn't find my tax file. Does it mean that I lost all the info I put in the last few hours? I think that's a huge bug.
Any suggestions on how I can find my work will be highly appreciated.
