Cannot process billing information - tried on the app, on a website on my phone, and on my laptop work computer?

You need to provide more information about "billing information" and where it appears in the interview or tax forms.   Turbo Tax works the same on each device, but is far easier on a desktop ot laptop computer.

I tried to pay for my fed and state return and I receive a message each time stating having a little trouble processing my

billing information.
 I’ve tried on both my husband’s account and my account and with 2 different credit cards. both accounts have a sufficient balance to cover the cost.

Did you try Direct Debit instead of a credit card?  I find that to work better, and you can still pick the date you want it debited, but have to make sure there is a sufficient balance.

I do not have that option.

 

the second person I talked to said they were having issues with the system and to try again the next day.  I’ve waited 2 days and am still receiving the same result.


Is there a pay over the phone option?
