Can you import my w2 from casey's General Store?

Please add the data to my IRS form.

This year we've made importing your info into TurboTax easier than ever before! You can successfully import your info directly from your employer.

If TurboTax doesn't recognize your employer's EIN for any reason, and you're using TurboTax Online or the TurboTax Mobile App, you'll have the option to snap a photo of your W-2 using your smart phone.

You can choose to manually enter your W-2 if you prefer. See the instructions for your TurboTax version below. 

Select your TurboTax version:

TurboTax Online - Import or Enter Your W-2 

TurboTax Mobile App - Import or Enter Your W-2 

TurboTax CD/Download - Import Your W-2
  1. Open your return.
  2. Using the search feature in the upper right, search for "w-2" (lower case, with or without the dash) and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.
  3. A W-2 screen will open. On this screen you can add, edit or delete a W-2 as necessary. Select Add or Edit.
  4. Enter the 9-digit Employer ID Number from your W-2, and click Continue.
    • If your employer is a TurboTax partner, we will lead you through the steps to import your W-2.

Or you can manually enter your W-2:

If your employer is not a TurboTax partner, or if you're otherwise unable to import your W-2 or prefer to manually enter your W-2, you can do so:

  • After following Steps 1-4 above, you will come to the W-2 screen where you can enter the info from your W-2 into the appropriate boxes.
    • You can also skip entering the Employer ID Number and proceed to manually enter your W-2 info.
