I tried your solution and there is only one account linked to my email address. It is also the same address used last few years. Still says I haven't used turbo tax before...

You may have inadvertently created multiple TurboTax accounts and that could be the reason you aren't seeing your past returns. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information on finding out which TurboTax accounts are linked to your email address:
