Can Turbotax refile my state return? California hasn't received it and says I should refile.

My return was e-filed on 1-30-2021 and status says it's pending but the state says they have nothing and I should get Turbo Tax to refile it. Impossible to reach someone by phone at TurboTax support.

There are different numbers to call according to the tax product you are using.  

What is the TurboTax phone number?
