can Turbotax deluxe 2023 loaded on a windows 11 computer be used to amend turboTax files for 2021 and 2022 created a windows 10 computer

can a windows 11 computer loaded with 2023 Turbotax Deluxe be used to amend Turbotax Deluxe files for 2021 and 2022 that were created on a windows 10 computer

No, you need the software that matches the Tax Year you are amending.

You can't use the 2023 program to amend another year.  You would need to install the 2021 and 2022 programs on the Windows 11 computer and have the .tax2021 and .tax2022 files to amend those years.  Or use the old computer to amend.
