Can't pick payment for Turbotax

I'm all done and ready to file, but cannot choose on how to pay Turbotax only option is to pay by return. I just want to pay for it now, since my taxes take a while due to filling as joint but injured spouse.

 

Side question paying $99 didnt get addons but the Deluxe gets me everything I need, can't get my USAA discount to apply.

That's weird.  You should be able to pay upfront with a credit card.  Start the File tab over.   How to pay the fees,

Maybe say you want to print, that will make you pay first.

...annd...to get the USAA discount, you need to log out of TTX, then go to your USAA account and select TTX offer they show within the USAA website...which will redirect you to TTX with a hidden cookie.....when you then log back into your TTX account, the discount should be applied....but I think it's just $10 off for Deluxe.
