Can't download my tax product. Keep getting redirected to sign in screen.

I cannot access my downloads.  The download link (Turbotax Advantage-  turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/advantage/) keeps redirecting me to the front page (sign up or sign in) on three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge).  I can sign into my Intuit account (accounts-tax.intuit.com/), but under products and billing, it lists all my products through the years, but when I click on the arrow, I get:

Something's not quite right

Something's not working. Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.
 
It's been more than a few minutes.  What's happening?  Is the website down?  I'm on Mac OS 11.2.3

I went through ridiculous hoops to find a way to call (which turned out to be googling the number – the Intuit site is just all dead ends).  TurboTax account/Intuit account garbage just takes you through the same stupid "troubleshooting steps" which never helped me (like sending me here).  It required being sent a new download link.  It's a stupid solution, but it worked.  I say it's stupid, because my intuit account "my products" link still appears to be broken.  At least I was finally able to download the product.  It sucks that I didn't figure out where to call several days ago.
