Can someone help me add my promo code to my account? I tried to add it and it gives me an error

Received a 30% offer in the mail and code doesn't work. Worked with one rep that had me share screen, try multiple ways, and then contacted tier 2 support and ended up hanging up on me. The next call to support ended with the person putting me on hold and not coming back.

In this public forum, we do not have access to your personal account information and are unable to assist you with this type of issue. If your discount code does not work when entered, only Customer Support would be able to assist.

I requested a call, went through troubleshooting, connected with tier 2 support, and then was disconnected.

 

I then requested another call, explained the issue, was put on hold for 20 minutes and then I hung up because they never came back. 

I then video chatted with someone, they asked for help - couldn’t help me with the code and said I just needed to purchase the product and they would try to refund the difference - but that hasn’t happened yet. 

I am not happy with the support I’ve received thus far and I’m not getting anywhere by calling in.

I am sorry to hear this.  We definitely want to help - But you will still need to reach out to us by phone since we are unable to assist with any billing issues on this public forum.  Please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.  This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible - We will have notes on your situation, and you can also request to speak with a Supervisor as well.
