Can not activate my turbo tax, said I used up all 5 times. only used on one computer, but every time i used turbo tax it asked for the activation code.

if you didn't get it from TT from a legit website, it's likely they counterfeited the CD and sold multiple copies with the same activation code which limits the number of times you can use that code. if this is not you're situation you'll have to contact TT support.
