If you e-filed your tax return and it was accepted you can track it by using the IRS web site and the state's tax site.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

After 14 hours of emailing back and forth with CREDIT KARMA SUPPORT TEAM , YESTERDAY finally thinking I was going to access mine too they inform me that TURBO TAX REFUNDS ARE RECENTLY MOVED WITH CASH APP TAX AND WHEN I GO TO TRY AND FINISH PROCESS for advance refund error codes now my social does match with my cash app but my cash app does not have my social on it so many problems
