Yes, you can, if you qualify for that version. You can e-file up to 5 state returns per federal tax return in TurboTax Online. In Free Edition, each state is free while the promotion lasts. This promotion ends March 17, 2018 per this What is TurboTax Absolute Zero? FAQ.

If you moved to a new state during 2017, you'll normally file a part-year return for each state you lived in during 2017, assuming the state(s) collect income tax.

And you’ll need to file a nonresident state return if you made money from sources in a state you don’t live in.

NOTE: When you are preparing returns for multiple states, you'd need to do your part-year return and non-resident states first and then your resident state. You might not even have to file a state return at all if you live and work in a state that doesn't collect income tax. See here for those states: Which states don’t have income tax?
