You may not be able to run the downloaded version ... you can use the ONLINE version instead. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

You can run TurboTax On-line from a ChromeBook on the Intuit web site, using the Chrome browser. You CANNOT install TurboTax Desktop (from a CD or download) to a ChromeBook. Only software from the Chrome (Google) Web Store can be installed on the Chromebook itself. There is a TurboTax app for it there, but that just simplifies using TurboTax On-line to a sort of App feel instead of a web-page view.
OK so I have a Chromebook & a Turbotax Deluxe CD. How can I get my money back for the CD so I can file using Turbotax Online?
