Can I recover my incomplete taxes for 2020? I started them online I bought the 2020 software but cannot download my partially complete .tax file.

I started them. Then filed an extension and then missed that. I read read that I can recover what I started but when I try to do so, I am getting error saying I never filed.

If the year you're looking for isn't in your TurboTax account, it might be in a different one. Go here to find all of your accounts.
