No. There isn't any way to retrieve a chat log from a prior conversation with an agent.
In other words, when you are disconnected by an agent you have no ability to receive the chat log. Fantastic. Had somebody lie apparently about being a supervisor. Just got off the phone with D Andra. Whatever. This has been a complete waste of 240$ on top of 4 hours of my time today. You have given me the best response which is hysterical.
I couldn’t find anything on how to print my chat either. I copied and pasted into Word. I was in the middle of a problem last night and “Click” the phone disconnected. Then my agent left the chat. No return call and not sure the problem is fixed. The so called expert should have called me back.
