asked:  "Can I pay my bill when I get paid?

There's no context for your question.  Are you referring to the TurboTax fees?  What is your situation?  Are you getting ready to file a return, or did you file one a while back and have received emailed bills from TurboTax?  I'll take a guess.    Is the following your scenario?

Did you file a return a while back and chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  And if so, has the IRS delayed your Federal refund unusually long (or reduced it), so TurboTax started emailing you bills asking you to pay the fees, or else they will debit your bank account?   If so, have you received a notice that they are about to debit your account on a certain date?

If you can't pay the fees due to a hardship, you can ask for a deferment so they don't debit your bank account.  But you must do so quickly.

If that is your situation, see the FAQ below that explains the process.  The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri.

You should call them as soon as possible, if that's the case.  Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.  You have to reach them by Tuesday prior to your debit date.

FAQ:  Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?

The first paragraph there says:

If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.

Use that number first.   If for some reason you can't reach Support with that phone number, there may be a number provided in your emailed bill.  Otherwise, here's an alternate way to reach them, but try the one above first.

My debit card is scheduled to be debited on June 19, 2020 and I would like to ask for an extension to pay due to hardship. Taxes were done in April and refund has been delayed. Thanking you in advance. I can be reached at [phone number removed].

You can ask them to delay it.
