Everything you've described sounds like you went through the filing process and chose to file your actual return by mail.
If you haven't actually filed it (either by mail or efile), you can open it back up to keep working on it. Here's how:
NOTE: Do NOT use this method to open a return to make changes to an already-filed return (one that has actually been mailed or efiled.) If you later need to make changes to an already-filed return, you have to go through the formal amending process, and your return must start off exactly as originally filed.
Did you make a payment when you filed your extension?
Here's how to navigate in Online TurboTax to the place to enter the
extension payment you made so you get credit for it on your return. If
you used TurboTax to file the extension, it *might* be prepopulated,
but you should check anyway.
When you log in and go to the 2015 Tax Timeline. what does the 2015 Tax Timeline look like? i.e., what are the options shown? Are you sure you're in the 2015 Tax Timeline and not the 2014 Tax Timeline?
If there's no evidence of a 2015 return in the 2015 Tax Timeline, and it wants you to start a 2015 return, you may have multiple accounts and are in the wrong one. We can tell you how to troubleshoot multiple accounts to find the right one.
I have one under sexysunbeach2867 but it wont let me open it up

You should start a new thread at the link below so it will show up as needing help, and explain your situation so people will know what all your issues are.
Use the link below to start your thread. The first box there is limited to 170 characters, so just summarize your question there. Lower on that page is a box where you can provide plenty of details.
