Can I apply my purchase of downloaded version to the online version of TurboTax?

I purchased the download version for 2017.  It won't load on my Mac.  It requires OS 10.13 (High Sierra).  I can't upgrade to High Sierra because other software I use regularly is incompatible.  Can I get a refund on my download purchase so I can use the online version?  Or, can I apply the price of the downloaded version to the online version?

You will have to request a refund for the software purchase since it cannot be applied to the online editions.  Go to this website to request a refund - https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/refund-request/index.jsp

Hi there, TurboTax 2017's minimum system requirements for Mac can be found below.

If you are running Yosemite or below you may be able to update to El Capitan through the app-store or through apple.com to use TurboTax 2017.
