My Turbotax Deluxe CD from Costco. My CA state return was rejected on Feb 16.

Yes; once your return has been rejected and you know the specific reason, then you may go back and edit the appropriate area.
But I can't add any data in the line 11(A) and 11(B) in CA Form 3849(don't allow me to cut/copy/past/override). These two lines currently are empty which is incorrect. Because Turbotax can't transfer data from my FTB 3895 line 18 column a and b to Form 3849 line 11 column a and b. The Deluxe passed all Fed and CA checks without any error before EFile. My CA Efile was rejected with problem in CA Form 3849 on 2/16.
Today I updated Turbotax, the problem is still there. If I re-Efile will be rejected again. How can I do? Please help.Thanks!

There seems to be a bug with entering CA 3895: You can enter the monthly values (lines 6 thorugh 17) - but the yearly total (line 18) cannot be manually entered... but also doesn't automatically sum the lines above. As such, the form 3849, Part II, line 11 is blank, and the rest of that form calculates based on $0 premium values and gives the wrong result.
