If you are having issues importing, you may want to check and make sure your financial institution or brokerage is a TurboTax 1099 partner. If it is and you are still having issues, please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance:
I can't import my Fidelity data either (2/14/2023). There are no input areas for user name and password like I have seen on other brokerages. Has anyone else experienced this?
Please see this Help Article for information regarding when you will be able to import 1099’s.

I imported yesterday (Feb 13) with no issue. Multiple 1099's.
Same issue here. when I select fidelity, the software launches a window that says I need to log into Intuit. When I select log me in, text boxes for Intuit user name and password appear but I can't type anything in the text boxes. I've used the import feature for other financial institutions, just Fidelity that's not working. Why is this so hard Intuit????
Can you try the workaround provided below and let us know if this resolves your issue:

I have.
and after over an hour they have no solutions.
Things we tried
1) Start a new return
2) Delete history that says to update fidelity
3) Clear browser
4) Tried another browser
5) Updated Computer
6) Delete browser, add new browser
7) attempt to load files individually
😎 Log into Fidelity First
9) Log out of TurboTax, load fidelity then load turbo tax
10) Scream (she performed this diagnostic )
TT answer is to key in 3,400 lines on the various forms
My answer was that I purchased TT so I didn't have to put everything in line by line on forms
This problem showed up after March 8th. Users say that before the update they were able to import from Fidelity without problem. This pretty much points to a software error with TT
It works fine with the free online version. So it's a TurboTax Premium problem.
