You will use Form 8829 to report the business use of your home.

If you are self-employed and you file a Schedule C , you will complete Form 8829 Expenses for Business Use of Your Home. The calculation from Form 8829 will transfer to your Form Schedule C. on line 30. If you are a statutory employee, use Schedule C (Form 1040) to claim the expenses.

You will report rental income and expenses on Schedule E.  Schedule E is then filed with your Form 1040.
