When you contact TurboTax support using the phone system just say Billing Issue until the system transfer you to a TurboTax support agent.
When purchasing Kansas State tax it stated my payment didn’t go through so purchase twice. Please credit my account as I see my credit card reflects two payments to you.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
