Billing Issue Your company took money from my account. Could you please explain why and refund it as soon as possible.

When you contact TurboTax support using the phone system just say Billing Issue until the system transfer you to a TurboTax support agent.

When purchasing Kansas State tax it stated my payment didn’t go through so purchase twice.  Please credit my account as I see my credit card reflects two payments to you.
