Before we can start, it looks like you'll need a quick web browser update APPEARS every time I try to download my Turbo tax and they have been updated several times.

You may need to use another browser. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for supported Browsers and Minimum Operating Systems for Turbotax Online:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/system-requirements

These are the system requirements for TurboTax Windows software.

I'm having the same problem, both with Chrome and Explorer on a Windows 10 PC.  I have updated each (repeatedly), and get bounced back to the browser update message on both browsers, EVERY time.  I don't seem to be alone in this.

I recommend you try a different browser - either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Hello,

I cannot update my browser any further because I have Mac OS 10.6.8  on an older computer. I did my taxes last year with same computer and browser. I cannot invest in a new computer. I have updated my operating system as far as it will go.

My laptop with newer OS died last December. I am using my iPad now to contact you but this will prove to be very uncomfortable for preparing my taxes. Do you have a fix for getting TurboTax online with an older browser (Mac OS 10.6.8) ? Help!

Are you using TurboTax Online?  If so, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and retry.

Are you referring to 'download' as trying to print/save your tax return after filing?

If this applies, click the download file at the right side, and a PDF copy will open on your computer.

If not, let us know and we'll try to help.

You can Contact TurboTax Support for more help.
