If you filed with TurboTax last year, to retrieve your 2017 AGI, click here  2017 AGI . Another option is access the 2017 AGI is to order a transcript from the IRS.  Click here  Get Transcript  and select "Get Transcript Online " On the transcript, look under section "Adjustment to Income" and find the amount for Adjusted Gross Income.

This is the rule set by IRS not TurboTax.  Per IRS, when self-preparing your taxes and filing electronically, you must sign and validate your electronic tax return by entering your prior-year Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) or your prior-year Self-Select PIN.
