My question was partially answered
The program states " Virginia forms are undergoing review " and therefore can not be printed out or are they ready to E file. Turbo Tax does not update the loaded program automatically when I load it. The program always did an update before.... now it does not and I did not change any settings or preferences. Why is that?

Many forms that are currently unavailable for the state of Virginia will be available on February 17, 2022. To check on a specific form, please see Virginia Individual Form Availability. It will display the availability of forms, upcoming release dates, and if the form is supported through E-file.
Some Virginia (VA) state forms are currently not available to print after e-filing. Turbotax has a link to request notification when thee forms are ready as follows:
Your Virginia Return contains non-final forms, which are currently not available. However, you can still save or print Federal and State Returns containing final forms.

The link is apparently broken, when I enter my contact information I get the following response:
Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US
I have closed and reopened Turbotax several times, and I have all the latest updates. I cannot find a way to notify Turbotax about this broken link...
