App taking me back to sign and file screen

I’m ready to sign and file. When I click sig and file button TurboTax app just takes me back to sign and file button. I cleared cookies and history. No change. Using app for iPhone.

Please ensure your app is up to date within the app store, as well as your phone software is up to date.
