Anyone else run into a "snag" when they try and do ANYTHING on this xxxxx website? Can't even enter in my W-2...just loads for a while, then quits and says "snag".

Best part, same issue on the app.  Guess they just sick of my money.

It is not a CONNECTION PROBLEM.  I don't lose connection...your software just fails due to a coding error.  I'm sure its complicated, but if you can't figure it out, I no longer trust you with my taxes.
