Anyone else receive an email about promotion codes being incorrect and having not received the accurate discount offered? Refunds being given? Is this legit?

I cannot get a direct answer from TurboTax customer service, but the email looks legit. Seems odd.

It has been 3-5 business days per the email and I have yet to receive this refund/nor does my banking institution see anything about it on their end. I was advised by your phone Customer Service representative I would need to wait 30 days from the date I received the email to receive the refund eventhough it states otherwise IN the email. What gives? Please escalate this within my TurboTax account and have it rectified. Thanks!

Yes. This is what I received. They said they made a mistake and didn't put the "discount code" in the discount email...
