I cannot get a direct answer from TurboTax customer service, but the email looks legit. Seems odd.

Thank you for the screenshot. We have confirmed that this is a legitimate email.
It has been 3-5 business days per the email and I have yet to receive this refund/nor does my banking institution see anything about it on their end. I was advised by your phone Customer Service representative I would need to wait 30 days from the date I received the email to receive the refund eventhough it states otherwise IN the email. What gives? Please escalate this within my TurboTax account and have it rectified. Thanks!
