The first person was nice and said I could call her back. I tried calling her back but was put in an annoying verbal menu. Got put in a que to wait for 20 min to get help that was promised to me instantly. I asked my simple question, she asked if she could put me on hold, and when I was put on hold the menu said "we will connect you to an agent, wait time is 20 min". How do I get help with out being hung up on and wait for an hour to ask a question?

Use the chat feature or schedule yourself a call back. You can't reach an agent unless you are very lucky again. I do apologize for the experience that you have went through. This is certainly not how TurboTax wants to be represented. Trust this fact. They go over all the phone calls and do not tolerate this sort of behavior on my side of the block!
