An error in processing my payment. Four days I've been working with specialist. Trouble Shooting and expecting a callback/billing. NO response.
Expecting a call back from the finance dept. Four days trying to resolve trouble shooting on processing billing. No word. Can anyone advise how to contact these people. Ten years with TurboTax.
