After I login to TurboTax, I got logout immediately after I clicking on any buttons, Continue, Review, or Edit. I am not able to continue my tax return. Please help.

Are you receiving any error messages? in the meantime please clear your browser's cache and delete cookies - you can even try a different browser altogether. If your issue persists, reply here so that we may further assist you.

Thank you for the reply. 

(1) I didn't get any error message. It's okay for me to go to other standard links (Help, Intuit Account), but when I click on any buttons related to my tax (Continue/Review/Edit), it logs me out immediately.

(2) I did clean up history and delete cookies, try other browser, and even try on different devices, but still has the same issue.

 

Also, when I was at the last stage trying to file the tax, it rejected to submitted. I searched for the reason and it only charged me Federal return but not CA state return. I am not sure if this is the data issue that caused the error?

I encountered the error above earlier, and then I got logged out immediately every time after that.
