ADP is my payroll company and their app is supposed to automatically send my W-2 information to TurboTax. How do I know if it's working?

automatic is sort of an overstatement. no import is totally automatic. you must take steps to tell Turbotax to import the data then the transfer of the data into your return is done.   warning while all w-2 info should transfer there can be other situations where you can import data from a Turbotax partner but not all the info will transfer.  this would include certain 1099 broker info, certain k-1 info. and other. it's your responsibility to check the accuracy.     

It isn't, it is making us do it manually now.

The software USED to just give a simple prompt after verifying the employer uses ADP, 

then it imported all the lines on the form for you.

Not sure why it is making you ENTER W-2 info to import the same information, duh?
