Additional ID Verification Issue

I am preparing to do my first E-file (TurboTax Premier on a Mac) and completed the information for Additional ID Verification using driver's license, answering all questions.  When I click CONTINUE, it just goes to the same page, in an endless loop.  There is no error message -- everything is filled out.  I am unable to proceed to the next step.  Is this a Turbotax glitch?

Please check for updates by closing and reopening TurboTax to see if it prompts you to update it.

I cannot get pass the additional verification I submitted both my husband and my drivers license information and it is asking for a IIS number which we don't have
