It is not working its been over 3 hours and nothing. Your links do not work at all.
Still not working. Amazon gives you the 16 digit license code only not a download. You have to go to installturbotax.com which is a dead link.

Can you post a screenshot of what you get when you click on the install link? Try turning off your antivirus.
Does your computer have the 2024 Desktop System Requirements?

+1 to all the above. None of the above suggestions to download TurboTax works!

Your computer must be blocking it. Try turning off your anti-virus to download it. Reboot your computer. Clear your cache and cookies. OH, use a different bowser to download it. I think that worked for some people. I don't think it likes Microsoft Edge. Try downloading it on another computer. Then you can copy the .exe install file to your computer.
Thank you. The above suggestion worked. I switched to DuckDuckGo's browser. It was able to render the download page. Edge on Windows 11 (fully patched) never worked.
I am having the same problem. All installturbotax.com links just sit and spin for 3 min and dies with only a white screen displaying.

Clear cache and cookies and try again.
If that does not correct the problem change your web browser to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
