2022 AGI for 2023 TurboTax, however, I havent submitted my 2022 taxes yet

I am trying to efile my 2023 Taxes via efile on TurboTax Home and Business, however, I have not submitted my 2022 taxes yet.

Am I able to still complete this?

Since the IRS doesn't have your 2022 return, zero is the right answer for 2022 AGI to file your 2023. Here is a link for how to prepare prior year returns. You have 2 years left to file for a refund for your 2022 taxes. If you owe, you really want to file sooner than later and start making payments, if necessary. Penalties and interest will only get worse. See Payments.
