2021 mac premier e-file keeps failing. Error: your transmission didn't go through, FAILED_VALIDATION

My last step of transmission won't go through, it keeps telling me "your transmission didn't go through"

 

Cause is "FAILED_VALIDATION"

 

I have checked if turbotax needs an update more than 10 times.
