2020 TurboTax isn't carrying 2019 info forward onto Turbotax 2020

You may have logged in with a different account than the one you used to file your tax return with last year.

Why didn't my information transfer over from last year 

Double check that your 2019 Turbo Tax programs and data are located in the same libraries as last year. Usually in the "Program Files" folder, there is a TurboTax folder which contains current and previous years' Turbo Tax folders. These contain their respective program executables. Next, in the "Documents" folder there is also a Turbo Tax folder which contains all your tax data from the current and previous years. Good Luck!
