Why does turbo tax not provide access to form 8829--Home office deduction? It appears to be impossible to access

In TurboTax Self-Employed.  If this is the first time you are adding a home office:

 

1. Go to your business
2. Select Add expenses for this work
3. Click the box for Home Office > Continue
4. Home Office will appear on your list of expenses
5. Select > Start
6. Follow the Home Office interview
