"deduct my spectrum"?     What do you mean by that?

W-2 employees cannot deduct expenses for working from home.  Job-related expenses were eliminated as a deduction for W-2 employees by the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond.  Your state tax laws might be different.

Spectrum is a company that provides cable TV and high speed internet in some parts of the country.

Not deductible for employees, for the reasons stated.   Even if it were deductible, or you list it as a deduction to see if it qualifies on your state tax return, the only part that is deductible is the part or percentage of the service that was actually used for business, and if audited, you will need to show the IRS some reasonable method of how you determined that.
