I've used ItsDeductible for the past several years to manually enter and value donations on my desktop using the online version. This year, when I click to use ItsDeductible, the screen goes blank and the URL indicates there's an error. I tried using the ItsDeductible app, with the same log-in credentials, but I can't see anywhere on either my online version (using a desktop) or the TurboTax app to upload from the ItsDeductible app. Any ideas?
