TurboTax Business Software

In my review for errors in turbotax business it is telling me that schedule K asset entry work sheet for my tractor has the wrong asset class however the only choices are in years and I tried to reconcile the year but still the error keeps coming up.  Any ideas?  Also is there anyway to reach someone at turbotax to discuss this issue with?

You can contact phone support via the link below or post more details on this board.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)

Thank you for your reply.  It looks like Turbotax Business does not have phone support.  I reached out by phone and they informed me of this.  I am stuck with $200 of software and cannot get my answer.  Sure wish they would have someone that could support their business software.

Phone support is provided for the product but not for tax questions that relate to business entity returns.

You can always post your question here on this board.

I have not had the pleasure of having phone support for the Business Software.   I have contacted phone support on several occasions to be told that they do not provide support for the business software but only the individual tax software.   If there is phone support could you kindly tell me how to reach them and what actually to tell the when they tell me that they do not support the business software.

My understanding is that phone support is provided for software issues with the Business edition but no support is provided for tax issues.
