The ECN on my CRP form is blank, now what? I can never get ahold of our property manager

If you are referring to your Minnesota Certificate of Rent Paid, there is no need to have anything under the ECN.

The Electronic Certification Number (ECN) is generated when property managers/landlords create CRPs in e-Services. If they do not use e-Services, this field is left blank. You do not need the ECN to file.
