Missing 2021 ItsDeductible Charity Donations

I just logged into ItsDeductible, and two of my 2021 charity donations that I entered in June and September, 2021 are now missing.  How do I recover all the associated donation  items--it will be VERY INCONVENIENT to have to enter them all again!

Have you checked to make sure you don't have more than one TurboTax account that you used to enter donations in? You can check to see if you have multiple accounts in the below TurboTax help article:

If you find you only have one account and the donations are still missing, please reach out to Customer Support.
